Our Community at COP26

For one of our most high-profile projects to date, we partnered with Identity to deliver a team of exceptional staff for COP26.

In a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, our teams supported international delegates, facilitating meetings and providing guidance for attendees from around the world.

Over three weeks, more than 20 of our team members delivered outstanding results — showcasing professionalism, confidence and the communication skills needed to work alongside senior government ministers and global leaders.

Our Community at the Formula 1 Exhibition

Luna Cinema and their parent company Sony needed a staffing agency to support their latest exhibition, the F1 Exhibition London, situated at the Excel and running for a total of 6 months, 7 days a week.

From Monday to Friday we provide a team of 17 staff daily which increases to 24 people on the weekends.

The roles required training in order for the staff to understand each area of the exhibition where they are working, which our in house recruitment team managed, working closely with the Luna team.

We’ve had fantastic feedback so far and have developed a great working relationship with the team at Luna. The exhibition runs until March 2025.

Our Community at the London Marathon Running Show, ExCeL

At one of the world’s largest expos, we provided a skilled front-of-house team to support The London Marathon Running Show.

Our staff welcomed over 40,000 visitors, offering information, guidance and a friendly face in a busy, high-energy environment. They combined approachability with expert knowledge of the venue layout — ensuring every visitor found what they needed quickly and enjoyed the experience.
