How to Join the Event People Community

Your journey in events starts here

We’re building the next generation of event professionals — and we’d love you to be part of it.

Event People is home to over 15,000 passionate individuals who are shaping their future in the events industry. From students and graduates to those looking to build and enhance their careers in the field, our community brings together people who are driven, motivated and ready to make their mark.

We’ve built the UK’s largest community of people looking not just to work in events, but build careers. It means they’re highly motivated and eager to impress. We give them training, career support and the chance to gain experience on events like yours — always working alongside experienced professionals who know what it takes to deliver successful events. It’s a model that adds value for you, your event, and a new generation of event professionals — and it’s why we’re the UK’s fastest-growing event staffing agency.

As part of the Event People community, you’ll get the opportunity to work on some of the UK’s biggest and best events. But just as importantly, you’ll get valuable experience, professional training and the chance to build your own network of contacts, in and outside the industry. It’s a great way to grow your skills, add substance to your CV, and start building your career — all while getting paid for it.

We’ve partnered with 30 universities across the UK — including London South Bank and Staffordshire University — to help more students and graduates access hands-on opportunities in the events world. Together, we’re helping build a stronger, more diverse and sustainable industry for the future.
