About the role
Join our dynamic event staffing team and play a key role in creating memorable, seamless experiences for guests. As an Event Staff member, you'll take on varied frontline responsibilities including supervising teams, managing queues, guiding attendees as a Wayfinder, scanning tickets, hosting VIP guests, issuing wristbands, and delivering outstanding general customer support. This fast-paced, people-oriented position is perfect for those who thrive in lively environments and excel at problem-solving with a positive attitude.
When is it?
Thursday, 16 July - Sunday, 19 July (you must be available for all dates)

Thursday, 23 July - Sunday, 26 July (you must be available for all dates)
What are the shift times? Various shifts available between 11:00 and 23:00. To be discussed during your interview/ follow-up email upon your application.
Where is it? The event site is located on the world-famous Brighton Beach, off Madeira Drive, between the Pier and the Marina. Use postcode BN2 1EN and follow the Festival Signage.
What will I be paid? Staff from £14.24 per hour (inclusive of holiday pay), paid within 2 weeks of the event

Is there car parking? On-street car parking may be available but this cannot be reserved in advance. Road closures might be in place.

Do I need to have specific experience to apply? A good geographic knowledge of Brighton and Hove would be fantastic, as well as some experience in other customer-facing roles.
