About the event & job description
Following a successful event last year, we're excited to be back working with the Orders & Medals Research Society for their annual Medals Show. We're looking for a small team to work across the event in registration, wayfinding and conference support roles.

When is it? Friday 18 - Saturday 19 September 2026
What are the shift times? 5pm - 9pm Friday (paid for 6 hours) / 7am - 1pm or 7am - 6pm Saturday
Where is it? Warwick Arts Centre, University of Warwick, Coventry, CV4 7FD
What will I be paid? £14.24 per hour, within 2 weeks of the event

Do I need to have specific experience to apply? Customer-facing experience on conferences is desirable.
