We're excited to begin working with Premier League team Sunderland AFC to deliver their matchday activations across the Stadium of Light and nearby neighbouring event spaces.
As part of this role, staff will be responsible for the on-pitch flag ceremony before each match, as well as activations on the stadium's concourse including wayfinding & information, giveaways, competitions, fan engagement and partner promotions.
As this role will operate at all home games for the 2026/27 Premier League season, staff should be able to commit to as many games as possible.

When is it? All Sunderland home games from Saturday 10 October
What are the shift times? Various - shifts will be 5 hours, starting 3 hours before scheduled kick-off
Where is it? Stadium of Light, Sunderland, SR5 1SU
What will I be paid? From £14.24 per hour (inc holiday pay) for staff roles, within 2 weeks of the event

Is there good public transport links? Yes.
Is there bike parking? Yes, outside.
Is there car parking? Not provided.
Are meals provided? No.
Is this role open to anyone? Yes. Staff must be totally enthusiastic, engaging and excellent communicators. The on-pitch roles (which all staff will do) may mean you're on TV - you must be ok with this. Being a Sunderland fan would be ideal but not essential.
Is uniform provided? As required per match.
Do I need to bring anything with me? Lots of enthusiasm and energy.
Do I need to have specific experience to apply? Past experience in similar fan engagement, sports presentation or customer service roles would be ideal.
Is there training that needs to be done beforehand? All training will be provided beforehand.
Is accommodation provided? No.
Is travel reimbursed? No.
